Who Should Join Membership is open to any qualified law enforcement officer from a recognized federal, state or local agency. Active or retired officers are welcome! Benefits of IPA Membership New members receive a national lapel pin, window decal, and a blue linen passport. Each year upon paying annual dues, a current dues stamp is issued to affix to the passport. This passport is recognized world wide as the official membership identification. Each member receives a copy of the quarterly National Reporter, and a quarterly or monthly copy of their respective Region newsletter. JOIN HERE
